(Washington, D.C. 31 October 2011)-Edenspace Systems Corporation announced today the completion of a financing round with its current stockholders totaling approximately $3.8 million that has converted nearly all of the company's investor debt to equity and has provided additional operating funds. Terms of the offering were not disclosed. The funding and savings in interest costs will help support commercialization of Edenspace products such as its new Product 2010BTM enzyme additive, which uses the company's proprietary technology for boosting biofuels yield from non-food feedstocks.

Edenspace also announced that its Product 2010BTM enzyme enhancer is currently in trials with several leading advanced biofuels technology companies. Laboratory tests of this enzyme enhancer have showed its ability to process biomass more efficiently, thereby reducing the projected cost of cellulosic biofuels and other bioproducts.

"Completion of this financial transaction demonstrates continued excitement and support for our progress," said Mr. Bruce Ferguson, Edenspace's President. "Edenspace is now in a strong position to launch new commercial products into the market, and to continue its work on engineering plants to produce biofuels and biochemicals. Commercial introduction of the Product 2010BTM enzyme enhancer will help us to develop customer relationships that provide the foundation for future sales of our value-added crop products."

Edenspace seeks to transform the energy, agricultural and environmental industries through innovative applications of plants for renewable fuels and environmental sustainability.
