Fortified Lettuce Expected to Increase Dietary Calcium

(22 June 2011)- Edenspace announced today the receipt of a two-year, $460,000 grant from the United States Department of Agriculture for the continued development of calcium-fortified lettuce. The new bioengineered lettuce variety is expected to provide higher levels of calcium, thereby helping consumers to meet recommended dietary calcium levels.

Liquid Additive 2010B^tm Increases Biorefinery Yields

(30 June 2010)- In a presentation today to BIO's World Congress on Industrial Biotechnology, Mr. Bruce W. Ferguson, President of Edenspace Systems Corporation, announced the introduction of a new liquid additive, Product 2010B^tm. The new product can increase sugar yields from biomass while reducing other processing costs by as much 10%, thereby reducing the overall cost of cellulosic biofuels and other bioproducts.

Improved Crops for Renewable Fuels and Chemicals
